Lights that blind

You know, I thought moving on was easy. but I guess it takes time. I still come home everyday wishing there was someone to see in the room, no matter how different he looked. It's true how people say some things only sink in after a while. I'm happy to have a million memories of him, and it's comforting to see his picture everyday when I step home. Sometimes I wonder how life would be like if he were still around, with me, with Mummy, with everyone else. But I know, he's in a better place. I really miss my dad.

Hi. I really shouldn't be here. But school life these days sees me surviving on a huge glass of warm milk in the morning (Milk is the new coffee equivalent), a lot of junk mainly consumed by Chan and I to keep ourselves alive during GP, persuading the tennis enthusiasts to play less tennis, and with all that nonsense aside, ultimately trying my very very very VERY best to catch up with all my work. That means an endless mountain of chemistry, economics, math and litt. This is going to be hard. In an attempt for self-encouragement: LET'S GO CHARMAINE, LET'S GO.

So so so overdue but anyway! Orientation '09 was super mega ultra exciting ball of fun. Absolutely love IG35 because they are willing to taupok John haha and camwhore and say the silly superman cheer over and over again. That aside, I think the people who made the 6 days survivable were my Hestia Homiezz 4life :) The people whom I constantly went insane with at 10 o'clock at night, in school, cutting costumes and what not. Awesome awesome group of 'em whom I love very much, aw. And not forgetting a whole lot of other people, every facil especially my prosperity burger coolio Maccers!!! Seriously, PROSPERITY BURGER.. SAY WITH ME. and then commencement rehearsal after finale night which was initially a total bummer x10, but I ended up having the wildest time with my favourite people. CA ftwwww.
OK with orientation over, I now enter school everyday ready for a battle. It's me, against lectures & tutorials. Talk about a fair game haaa. But it's okay, I have my weapons, meaning chocolates and more chocolates. My stomach is like a bottomless pit these days, except that it leaves me looking like a ball grr. On a random note, Valentine's was lovely, full of love indeed. My friends are super bakers :)

Too many things happening in too little time. Past 2 weeks have been crazy but I have angels around to help me survive it all. Orientation has officially begun. I think I like the mass dance, 369 forever. If I continue my many late nights, eyebags will be invading my face by 3/4s. This is also the reason for my recent high consumption of chocolate, Cadbury anything to be precise! not only that, I just can't seem to stop opening the lid of my pineapple tart container, I should really practise self-control. Life seems different these days, going home really is different but I know it's okay. To end off, the only thought in my mind: 6.30 am Auditorium
